My Favorite Time of the Year

I'm back home after spending Thanksgiving with the folks, where I did nothing but eat, watch TV, read (I'm on book three in the Wheel of Time series) and sleep, with a little sightseeing and socializing thrown in on the side.  Good times spent with family is always, well, good, but having no computer access meant that I didn't write at all.  So now it's back to the grindstone with a vengeance, working to make up for ten days of lotus eating.

And to prepare for Christmas.

Ah, well.  Maybe I can crank it up after the new year.  Belated Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

  1. Happy thanksgiving to you as well!

Hello, I'm a fan of yours and forgive me if this comment is weird, but I would like to thank you for creating this blog. Ever since I first discovered your books I immediately became a fan of your work. I even have to admit that you've become my favorite author. And I just wanted to thank you for creating and keeping this blog because after the third book never came out I was afraid that my favorite story would never be developed further. But now I know that you haven't dropped off the face of the earth, which makes me very happy.
I hope you have a wonderful christmas this year and Keep up the good work!!

  2. Ms. Freeman, I can't tell you how excited I am to see the upcoming release of the Kindle version of Shadow's Past which I have pre-ordered. I have a question on the previous books. While I have them in paperback, I'd love to re-purchase for my Kindle. Do you know if they will become available in ebook format?

Have a joyful holiday season and I am glad to see you back!

  3. Hi Jazz,

I was surprised myself to see Shadows Past being released in e-book format. (The things the publisher doesn't tell the author!) Hopefully they'll also release Covenants and King's Own too, though I'll probably find out when I see them released for Kindle on Amazon.
